Natural Ways of Overcoming Hair Loss - by Vera Peiffer

It is estimated today that around 25 to 50 percent of women will suffer a spell of hair loss in their lives. These statistics are not far behind those of men. Hair loss is increasingly becoming a problem and it is no longer a consequence of old age.

Thus Vera Peiffer begins her article before describing prescriptions for dealing with this disturbing condition.  And she is eminently qualified for this task.  Not only is she an analytical hypnotherapist and a health kinesiologist, the author of several books on health and self-help issues, but she herself suffered for 30 years from alopecia universalis (the loss of hair on the entire body) before successfully regrowing her hair.

Her recently published book Regrowing Hair Naturally is reviewed in the Book Review section of this issue of Nurturing Potential.
