Keeping Fit in the Third Age - Part II - by Sep Meyer

As we said in our previous issue: You are never too old to take exercise.

Exercise will not restore your youth, but it may restore your vigour; and the right exercises, done regularly in the right way, i.e. appropriate to your age and physical condition, will make you fit and keep you fit.

Sep Meyer here brings his series of three articles to a conclusion with some reminders of his earlier "dos and donts" and links back to the exercises in his previous articles.
