R.I.P. NELSON
MANDELA
1918-2013
an outstanding
example of the characteristics that underpin the ethos of Nurturing
Potential

In 1996 Nelson Mandela made his
first State Visit to the UK. In the same year Lynn Carneson-McGregor
completed her book Homage to Hope which was published by ASPEN.
The book launch was held at South Africa House and a copy left for
presentation to Nelson Mandela who had been a comrade of Lynn's
father Fred Carneson in the struggle against apartheid. See
also the picture by Fred's other daughter, Ruth Carneson, at the
head of this column. Ruth is Artistic Advisor to New Nurturing
Potential
